Jaw, Neck & Upper Body Support

Description
This session focuses on the interconnected patterns of the jaw, neck, shoulders, and upper torso. Work may include external jaw work, neck and shoulder release, and other techniques that support ease and coordination through the upper body. Sessions are paced carefully, with attention to comfort and nervous system response. The goal is not forceful release, but improved mobility, awareness, and relief from habitual holding patterns. Best for: Jaw tension, TMJ-related discomfort, neck and shoulder strain, headaches, and upper-body stress patterns.
